pic picOct 09, 2003 - When AISB has sports events the families volunteer to house the visiting athletes. We had two girls who play Varsity Volleyball for the Vienna International School stay with us.

Alessandra is originally from Italy and has been in Vienna for two years, Sangeetha is Indian but was born in Vienna and has lived there her whole life. She plans on finishing her studies in the UK to become a doctor and will return to India to practice there.

We thought we'd get a couple group photos and each shot Bodee was getting more into it, until he slid up across the girls and ended up over on Mackenzie. Then Sigi came over to check out where he would fit. The girls loved the dogs so they had a great time!

Mackenzie dressed as a vampire this year, however this shot was after school so she already was tired of the teeth and cape so this is it! They had trick or treating during school and went back in the evening for a social where they could dance or watch a movie (she did the dance part and said a group of them danced together almost the whole time).

Inside the front door at the school was as far as I was allowed (by Mackenzie). Mackenzie ran into her friends, Lucy and Nora, I was allowed to get one picture and it was "okay, she you at 9:30, Mom. Bye." At least she still lets me paint her fingernails!
