We still live in District XII on the Buda side of the Danube (the hilly side, Pest is the flat side), just in a differnt flat. This is the front of the house. We live on the left side (as you're looking at it). Gyula (the manager of the Hungary AutoTrader), Anita, Gyuzsi and Sigi live on the right side. The front area is like a mud room, probably so much so, that it is a mud room. The front doors to enter the flats are inside the mud/dog room.
This time we ended up with a 2 story place, a few less stairs than the third floor we lived in last time, but after you've gone up them a few times a day it doesn't make much difference!
This is the little dining area/work area. I need to get a desk to put over by the kitchen so for now this is my computer table.
The place is basically just one big open area, so we'll get plants to put behind this part of the couch that sticks out so it doesn't look so bad (actually we'll eventually just get a new couch).
The kitchen is a cute little thing, but yards bigger than the closet we had last time. We can actually both be in there at the same time now! We're going to get barstools to put at the counter.
This is the nice bathroom downstairs, it has a washer/dryer in the front part and this is the other part. The shower in here is one of those jet spray/massage things, but the shower is small so I'm a bit afraid to try it, I think we'll be too close. It's pretty tall too, so Mackenzie might just get blasted in the face.
