Feb 21, 2004 - I had asked about getting a halltree in the upstairs area to hang our winter stuff and it took awhile because they had to let the wood dry out. It's finally ready (now that winter is almost over)! Here they are maneuvering it up the stairs.
And here is the new halltree! I guess they're a little more literal in the translation! We like it and have now asked for a small bench to go under it with a top that opens to put our boots, hats and gloves. They translated that for me and I'll let you know what we get!
They also put in a new bar counter in the kitchen. With the old one we didn't have room for our legs if we sat at the bar, so I asked for a wider area. They took the old counter and made two smaller tables.
