| Feb 3, 2004 - Mackenzie is 12! Amazing. Her birthday was on a Tuesday this year and she had breakfast club in her homeroom. She chose to bring in banana chocolate chip pancakes and chocolate chip cookies (the students in 6th grade take turns bringing in breakfast, hopefully something traditional from their country). After school (and homework) she opened her gifts. We also painted her fingernails with cakes on the thumbs and candles on the rest. |

| Feb 7, 2004 - The following Saturday, Mackenzie had Nora and Lucy spend the night (Lucy is sitting up, Nora lying down). We picked them up after soccer and they played on the computer for hours. Hours. I don't know why people think sitting at a computer for a long time isn't good for kids, I don't think it had any adverse effect on them, do you (click on the last two pics of them)? |

| Boncie likes to sleep right next to Bodee or Sigi. He waits for them to lie down and get comfortable and then he goes over and curls up next to them. The other two pictures are Bodee on M's birthday. We had gone running earlier and it was muddy. I'm not sure how he got chunks of mud hanging down like that but I had to cut them out and vacuum him off! |
